By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, Jan. 4 - The Republic of Poland (issuer ratings A2/BBB+/BBB+) is expected to make a benchmark-sized offering of euro-denominated 10-year notes in mid-January, according to an informed source.

JP Morgan, Credit Suisse First Boston and Deutsche Bank will be joint bookrunners.

Poland last came to the market in October with a $1 billion issue of 5% notes due in October 2015 that priced at 99.899 to yield 5.013%.
