By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, Aug. 12 - The Republic of Poland has mandated JP Morgan and Lehman Brothers to run the books for a benchmark-sized sovereign bond issue, an informed source told Prospect News on Friday.

The debt offering is expected to launch in September.

In July, Poland issued €500 million of 4¼% 50-year bonds (A2/BBB+) to yield 4.299%, according to Prospect News data.
