New Issue: Poland prices €300 million 3.272% notes due in 20 years at par

Atlanta, Feb. 14 - Poland priced €300 million 20-year notes at par to yield 3.272%, or mid-swaps plus 78.5 basis points, according to an announcement from the Ministry of Finance.
HSBC Trinkaus was the bookrunner for the deal.
About 88% of the bonds were allocated to insurance companies and 12% to pension funds.
