New Issue: Poland prices $2 billion 4% notes due 2024 at 125 bps spread

Atlanta, Jan. 16 - Poland priced a $2 billion issue of 4% 10-year notes at 99.194 to yield 4.099%, or Treasuries plus 125 basis points, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Barclays, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Goldman Sachs International were the bookrunners for the SEC-registered deal.
