New Issue: Poland sells €700 million tap of 1 5/8% notes due 2019 at mid-swaps plus 43 bps

Virginia Beach, Oct. 17 - Poland priced a €700 million add-on to its existing 1 5/8% notes due Jan. 15, 2019 (A2/A-/A-) at 99.334 to yield 1.759%, or mid-swaps plus 43 basis points, a market source said.
The notes priced in line with guidance, which was set at Treasuries plus 40 bps to 45 bps.
BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, HSBC and Unicredit were the bookrunners for the deal.
