New Issue: Poland prices €300 million 3.3% notes due 2033 at 99.151

Atlanta, Jan. 31 - Poland priced a €300 million issue of 3.3% notes due Feb. 4, 2033 at 99.151 to yield mid-swaps plus 335.9 basis points, according to a news release from the Ministry of Finance.

Deutsche Bank was the bookrunner for the deal.

About 77% of the orders went to insurance companies and 23% to pension funds.
