New Issue: Poland sells €1 billion 1 5/8% notes due 2019 at mid-swaps plus 65 bps

Atlanta, Jan. 8 - Poland priced a €1 billion issue of 1 5/8% notes due Jan. 15, 2019 (A2/A-/A-) at 99.547 to yield 1.705%, or mid-swaps plus 65 basis points, a market source said.
The notes priced at the tight end of talk, set at the 65 bps to 70 bps area.
BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, HSBC and Unicredit were the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.
