New Issue: Poland prices $2 billion 3% notes due 2023 at Treasuries plus 150 bps

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 10 - The Republic of Poland (A2/A-/A-) sold a $2 billion issue of 3% notes due March 2023 at a spread of 150 basis points over Treasuries, according to a syndicate source.
Price talk was set in the area of Treasuries plus 150 bps to 155 bps after being tightened from initial guidance of 165 bps over Treasuries.
The notes priced at 98.448 to yield 3.175%.
Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs and HSBC were the joint bookrunners.
