Poland sets spread at mid-swaps plus 195 bps for €1.5 billion notes

Atlanta, June 11 - The Republic of Poland has set the spread at mid-swaps plus 195 basis points for a planned €1.5 billion issue of notes due Jan. 19, 2023 (A2/A-/A-), a market source said.

Barclays Capital, Citigroup, Erste Group and ING are the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.

The notes are expected to settle on June 18.

Proceeds will be used to finance the country's budget borrowing requirements or for general financing purposes.
