Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 10 - Poland's Ministry of Finance priced €527 million of 10-year bonds with a 4.814% coupon at par to yield 4.814%, or mid-swaps plus 242 basis points, according to an announcement from the ministry.
The bonds mature on Feb. 24, 2022.
HSBC was manager for the sale, which was offered as registered bonds under German law.
The bonds were allocated to long-term investors from Germany and Austria, with 20% going to pension funds and 80% to insurance companies.
