New Issue: Poland sells €750 million increase of 3 3/8% notes due 2024 at mid-swaps plus 135 bps

Atlanta, Nov. 19 - Poland priced a €750 million increase of its existing 3 3/8% notes due July 9, 2024 (A2/A-/A-) at 101.583 to yield 3.21%, or mid-swaps plus 135 basis points, a market source said.
Commerzbank, HSBC, ING and Societe Generale were the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.
The original issue of €1.75 billion notes priced in October at par to yield 3 3/8%, or mid-swaps plus 143 bps, in line with talk.
