New Issue: Poland prices €1.75 billion 3 3/8% notes due 2024 to yield mid-swaps plus 143 bps

Atlanta, Oct. 2 - Poland priced a €1.75 billion issue of notes due July 9, 2024 (A2/A-/A-) at par to yield 3 3/8%, or mid-swaps plus 143 basis points, a market source said.
The notes priced in line with talk, which was set at the mid-swaps plus 145 bps area.
Commerzbank, HSBC, ING and Societe Generale were the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.
At midday on Tuesday, the books were more than €3.3 billion with 225 accounts involved.
