New Issue: Poland prices $2 billion 5% notes due 2022 to yield 5.176%

Atlanta, Oct. 27 - The Republic of Poland priced a $2 billion issue of 5% notes due March 23, 2022 at 98.605 to yield 5.176%, or Treasuries plus 280 basis points, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and HSBC were the bookrunners for the deal.

Proceeds will be used for general financing purposes.
