Poland files $2 billion shelf registration covering debt securities

Knoxville, Tenn., May 27 - The State Treasury of the Republic of Poland filed a $2 billion debt securities shelf registration in a Schedule B filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Proceeds will be used to finance Poland's state budget borrowing requirements or for general financing purposes.
