New Issue: Poland prices €3 billion 5¼% 15-year notes at mid-swaps plus 148 bps

St. Louis, Jan. 11 - Poland priced €3 billion of 5¼% 15-year bonds (A2/A-/) to yield 5.369%, or a 148 basis point spread to mid-swaps on Monday, according to market sources.
The yield came tight to the mid-swaps plus 150 bps price talk.
HSBC, ING, SG Corporate & Investment Banking and UniCredit managed the sale.
