Republic of Poland registers $4 billion debt securities shelf

Knoxville, Tenn., May 21 - The Republic of Poland filed a $4 billion debt securities shelf registration in a Schedule B filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The country said proceeds will be used to finance Poland's state budget borrowing requirements or for general financing purposes.
