Poland markets SEC-registered offering of fixed-rate notes

Chicago, Nov. 7 – The Republic of Poland, represented by its Minister of Finance, is in the market with an offering of notes, expected in a single dollar-denominated tranche, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be callable at par three months before their maturity date.

BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank AG, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE, Santander Investment Securities Inc. and Societe Generale are working as joint bookrunners.

Citibank, NA, London Branch will be the fiscal agent.

Poland is using its own counsel and White & Case LLP. The bookrunners are being advised by Linklaters LLP.

The notes will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
