Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego to sell five-year euro-denominated notes

Los Angeles, Sept. 1 – Poland’s Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego plans to price an offering of euro-denominated fixed-rate notes due Sept. 8, 2027, according to a London Stock Exchange notice.

The notes will be guaranteed by the State Treasury of the Republic of Poland.

J.P. Morgan SE is stabilization coordinator for the deal, and BNP Paribas, Citi, Commerzbank and Santander are stabilization managers.

The notes will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

The lender is based in Warsaw.
