New Issue: Poland sells €2 billion 0% three-year notes at mid-swaps plus 29 bps

New York, June 30 – The Republic of Poland, represented by its Minister of Finance, priced €2 billion of 0% three-year notes at 100.331 to yield minus 0.11%, or mid-swaps plus 29 basis points, according to a market source.
Pricing was tightened from initial talk at mid-swaps plus high 30 bps.
The Regulation S notes were sold via bookrunners BNP Paribas, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs International, HSBC, Pro BP and Societe Generale.
