PNM Resources investor Gamco buys more shares

Charlotte, N.C., March 18 - A group of PNM Resources, Inc. investors led by Gamco Asset Management Inc. bought 433,400 shares of the company's stock between Jan. 29 and March 17.

The shares were priced from $5.992 to $10.45 each, it was reported in a schedule 13D/A filed on Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Gamco and its affiliates beneficially own 5,124,056 shares, or 5.92%, of the Albuquerque-based energy company.
