PNM Resources investor Gamco buys more shares for 6.93% interest

Charlotte, N.C., Oct. 23 - A group of PNM Resources, Inc. investors led by Gamco Asset Management Inc. bought a net 177,044 shares of the company's stock in a series of buy and sell transactions between Aug. 24 and Oct. 22.

The shares were priced from $11.50 to $12.54 each, it was reported in a schedule 13D/A filed on Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Gamco and its affiliates beneficially own 6,007,100 shares, or 6.93%, of the Albuquerque-based energy company.
