S&P affirms PNG ratings

S&P said it affirmed its BBB+ issuer credit and issue-level ratings on PNG Cos. LLC after completing a criteria review.

The company was taken off under criteria observation following updated ratios and adjustments criteria published April 1, S&P said in a news release. But the ratings remain on CreditWatch, where they were placed with positive implications on Oct. 23, 2018.
