PNC Financial Services plans to sell 10-year senior notes

Knoxville, Tenn., April 16 – PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. plans an offering of dollar-denominated senior notes due April 2029, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are non-callable until 90 days prior to maturity and then are callable at par.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Barclays, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and PNC Capital Markets LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including debt repayment.

PNC is a Pittsburgh-based financial services company.
