Virginia Beach, May 20 – PNC Bank NA priced $200 million floating-rate note (A2/A/A+) due May 27, 2021 at par to yield Libor plus 65 basis points on Wednesday, an informed source said.
The bookrunner was J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.
The subsidiary of PNC Financial Services Group is based in Pittsburgh.
