PNC Bank intends to price 10-year notes Monday

By Andrea Heisinger

New York, July 22 - PNC Bank NA is tapping Monday's market for 10-year notes (A3/A-/A), a market source said.

Goldman Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and PNC Capital Markets LLC are the bookrunners.

PNC was last in the U.S. bond market with a $1.75 billion sale in three parts on Jan. 23. That offering included a 2.95% 10-year subordinated note priced at 117 basis points over Treasuries.

The subsidiary of PNC Financial Services Group is based in Pittsburgh.
