PNC Bank to sell benchmark 10-year subordinated notes Wednesday

New York, Oct. 17 - PNC Bank NA is expected to price a benchmark-sized offering of 10-year subordinated notes on Wednesday, a source close to the trade said.

The notes (A3/A-/A) will be sold via syndicates Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and PNC Capital Markets LLC.

The subsidiary of PNC Financial Services Group is based in Pittsburgh.
