DBRS: PNC Financial unaffected

DBRS said PNC Financial Services Group Inc.'s issuer and senior debt ratings of A (high) and PNC Bank, NA's senior debt ratings of AA (low) remain unchanged following the merging and integration of National City Bank into PNC Bank, NA.

The trend remains negative.
