Owl Creek sells 706,000 PMA Capital shares

New York, May 25 - PMA Capital Corp. investor Owl Creek Capital Management, LP sold 705,641 shares for a total of $9.27 million.

Following the sales, Owl Creek owns a total of 2,447,259 shares in various funds for a total stake in PMA of 7.5%, according to a schedule 13D/A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Shares were sold from April 17 to May 24 at prices from $9.37 to $10.52.

PMA is an insurance holding company with headquarters in Blue Bell, Pa.
