Fitch affirms Plock

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed the city of Plock's long-term foreign- and local-currency ratings at BBB+ and national long-term rating at AA-(pol).

The outlook is stable.

Ratings reflect the Plock's good operating performance, healthy debt servicing and debt coverage ratio and well-developed local economy, the agency said.

Ratings are constrained by the concentration of the city's tax base, limited operating revenue and expenditure flexibility and a projected increase of debt, the agency noted.
