Plaza Centers taps dealer to arrange roadshow ahead of possible offering

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 20 - Plaza Centers NV (/B/) has mandated Bank of America Merrill Lynch to arrange fixed-income investor meetings beginning Sept. 23 ahead of a possible bond issuance subject to market conditions, according to a company release.

The roadshow will wrap up on Oct. 3 after making stops in Israel, London, Switzerland and Asia.

Plaza Centers, a subsidiary of Tel Aviv-based Elbit Imaging Ltd., is a developer of shopping and entertainment centers in Central and Eastern Europe, India and the United States.
