Plastech gets court nod for $4.5 million stamping business sale

Portland, Ore., June 20 - Plastech Engineered Products Inc. was granted court approval for the $4.5 million sale of its stamping business to JD Norman Ohio Holdings, Inc., according to a source familiar with the case.

As previously reported, JD Norman was the stalking horse bidder in the sale.

Plastech, a Dearborn, Mich.-based auto parts supplier, filed for bankruptcy on Feb. 1. Its Chapter 11 case number is 08-42417.
