S&P views three Peruvian issuers negatively

S&P said it revised the outlooks for Planta de Reserva Fria de Generacion de Eten SA, Transportadora de Gas del Peru SA and Atlantica Transmision Sur SA to negative from stable.

The revision reflects the agency’s recent change on Peru’s outlook to negative from stable, the agency said.

Additionally, S&P affirmed the ratings on the three issuers’ bonds.
