By Devika Patel

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 15 – Plains All American Pipeline, LP and PAA Finance Corp. plan to sell senior notes, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes have a par call and then a make-whole call.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, BNP Paribas Securities Corp., BofA Merrill Lynch and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the joint bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to repay outstanding borrowings under the company’s senior unsecured revolving credit facility and commercial paper program and for general partnership purposes.

The oil and natural gas transportation, production and storage company is based in Houston.
