S&P rates Plains All American notes BBB-

Standard & Poor's said it assigned a BBB- rating to Plains All American Pipeline LP's (BBB-/stable) proposed five-year senior unsecured note offering of about $300 million.

Proceeds will be used for potential acquisitions or refinancing of upcoming debt maturities.
