Moody's: Plains unchanged

Moody's Investors Service said it views the financial support provided by Plains All American Pipeline, LP to PAA Natural Gas Storage LP in its acquisition of SG Resources Mississippi, LLC as being neutral to Plains All American's Baa3 rating and stable outlook.

The growing fee-based storage capacity is offset by increased acquisition-related financial leverage, the agency said.
