S&P rates Plains All American notes BBB-

Standard & Poor's said it assigned a BBB- rating to the proposed $250 million senior unsecured notes offering of Plains All American Pipeline LP and PAA Finance Corp.

The outlook is stable.

Proceeds will be used to reduce outstanding bank debt and for general corporate purposes.

The corporate credit rating is BBB-.
