Plains All American Pipeline files automatic shelf for debt securities, units

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 25 - Plains All American Pipeline, LP and its subsidiary PAA Finance Corp. jointly filed a debt securities and common units automatic shelf registration in an S-3-ASR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The Houston-based oil and petroleum products company said proceeds from the offerings will be used for general partnership purposes.
