Plain Local School District, Ohio, plans $50.96 million refunding bonds

New York, June 24 - The Plain Local School District of Stark County, Ohio, plans to price $50.955 million of series 2011 school improvement refunding bonds, said a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (/AA/AA-/) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Stifel, Nicolaus & Co. Inc. as the senior manager.

The bonds are due 2012 to 2026 with term bonds due in 2028 and 2030.

Proceeds will be used to refund the district's series 2003 school improvement bonds.
