Moody's: PKO Finance notes A2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a senior unsecured debt rating of A2 to $1 billion loan participation notes issued by PKO Finance AB, a special purpose funding vehicle domiciled in Sweden and wholly owned by Powszechna Kasa Oszczednosci Bank Polski SA.

Moody's said the is based on the bank's existing foreign currency long term deposit rating of A2 and the fact that this rating is not constrained by the foreign currency bond ceiling for Poland.
