Poland’s PKO Bank plans to sell €500 million five-year notes

New York, March 15 – PKO Bank Hipoteczny SA, a subsidiary of Poland’s PKO Bank Polski, plans to price €500 million of five-year notes, according to an announcement on Thursday.

HSBC, BNP Paribas, PKO Bank Polski and Landesbank Baden Wuerttemberg are acting as joint bookrunners for the Regulation S offering, with Helaba and Raiffeisen Bank International AG acting as co-leads.

The notes will be listed on the Luxembourg and Warsaw stock exchanges.

The issuer is a Warsaw-based lender.
