New Issue: PKO Bank prices €750 million ¾% four-year notes to yield mid-swaps plus 65 bps

New York, July 18 – Poland’s PKO Bank Polski SA priced on Tuesday €750 million ¾% four-year notes at 99.792 to yield 0.803%, or mid-swaps plus 65 basis points, a market source said.
The Regulation S notes (expected rating: A3) were sold via BNP Paribas, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs International and Santander as joint bookrunners.
The issuer is a Warsaw-based lender.
