Poland’s PKO Bank starts €3 billion euro medium-term notes program

Chicago, May 30 – PKO Bank Polski SA said it opened a €3 billion euro medium-term notes program.

The program covers the issue of senior unsecured and subordinated bonds in euros, dollars, Swiss francs and Polish zloty, according to a company announcement.

The notes will be issued under Regulation S with a minimum denomination of €100,000.

The issuer is a Warsaw-based lender.
