Poland's PKO Bank considers five-year euro-denominated bond issue

Atlanta, Sept. 23 - Poland's PKO Bank Polski SA is considering an issue of euro-denominated five-year bonds, a market source said.

The deal - via bookrunners HSBC, Societe Generale and PKO - could total as much as €800 million.

PKO Bank is a lender based in Warsaw.
