Poland’s Orlen sets tenor for euro-denominated notes at seven years

Atlanta, June 1 – Poland’s PKN Orlen set the maturity date at June 7, 2023 for its offering of euro-denominated notes, according to a company announcement.

BNP Paribas and Societe Generale CIB are the global coordinators and – along with Citigroup, ING, PKO BP, Santander and UniCredit – joint lead managers and bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.

The issuer is an oil refiner based in Warsaw.
