Poland's Orlen plans up to €1 billion in notes due in up to 10 years

Atlanta, May 27 - Poland's PKN Orlen is planning to issue up to €1 billion in eurobonds with a maximum tenor of 10 years, according to a company announcement.

BNP Paribas, HSBC, UniCredit and Santander are the bookrunners for the deal, a market source said.

The notes will be issued by a special-purpose vehicle, with Orlen as the guarantor.

The company is an oil refiner based in Warsaw.
