Pitney Bowes plans to price $350 million 10-year notes on Tuesday

Virginia Beach, March 4 - Pitney Bowes Inc. is expected to price a $350 million issue of senior notes due 2024 on Tuesday, according to an informed source and a 424B3 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will feature a change-of-control put at 101%.

Goldman Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, RBS Securities Inc. and HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. are the joint bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to purchase a portion of the company's outstanding debt securities and to pay related costs and expenses. Any remaining proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The issuer is a Stamford, Conn.-based office supply manufacturer.
