Pitney Bowes to redeem 4.7% notes due 2023 on March 7

Concord, N.H., Feb. 25 – Pitney Bowes Inc. plans to redeem all of its outstanding 4.7% notes due 2023 (Cusip: 724479AN0), according to a company news release on Friday.

The notes will be redeemed on March 7 at par plus interest and any make-whole amount.

The Bank of New York Mellon is trustee of the issue and will deliver the redemption notice to holders of the notes.

Pitney Bowes is a Stamford, Conn.-based global shipping and mailing company that provides technology, logistics, and financial services.
