Pitney Bowes to redeem outstanding 3 7/8% notes due 2022

Concord, N.H., Aug. 20 – Pitney Bowes Inc. plans to redeem all of its outstanding 3 7/8% notes due 2022 (Cusip: 724479AL4), according to a company news release on Friday.

The notes will be redeemed on Sept. 19 at par plus interest and any make-whole amount.

The Bank of New York Mellon is trustee of the issue and will deliver the redemption notice to holders of the notes.

Pitney Bowes is a Stamford, Conn.-based technology company providing commerce solutions.
