Pitney Bowes to fully redeem outstanding 3 3/8% notes due 2021

New York, Feb. 17 – Pitney Bowes Inc. plans to fully redeem its outstanding 3 3/8% notes due Oct. 1, 2021 (Cusip: 724479AK6), according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be redeemed Feb. 22 at par plus interest and any make-whole amount.

The Bank of New York Mellon, successor to Citibank, NA, is the trustee.

Pitney Bowes is a Stamford, Conn.-based technology company providing commerce solutions.
