Chicago, June 25 - ASF Group Ltd. said it completed a A$2.09 million private placement of shares.
The company issued 209 million shares for A$0.01 each.
Proceeds will be used for working capital and for investment opportunities.
Novus Capital Ltd. is financial adviser and broker.
The stock (Australia: AFA) has not traded on the Australian Stock Exchange for the past six months.
ASF is a property services and development company based in Sydney, Australia.
